Below are PLANNING MATERIALS developed and shared by our leaders. Hope you find them useful when planning your grade level activity. Click on the TASK NAME to access the materials and more information.
If you need assistance with details or have questions about the Task Assignment below, please contact Maureen Mamunes or Ellen Hillman and we will explain the task in detail.
IMPORTANT!! NEW THIS YEAR: All dates at SCHOOL locations and building use paperwork for large events need to be completed and set up by one of the troop leaders running the event. Please be sure to have date approved by the service team before contacting the schools. All paperwork must be completed by “one leader” who will be present at the event. The Service Team will take care of the dates and building use forms for all events located at churches.
WE NEED YOUR KNOWLEDGE!
Share your activities and materials after your event is finished. Download the "Material to Share" template and add your suggestions, what worked and what didn't! Upload them straight into the appropriate folder in Allendale Girl Scouts Google Drive, and then share it on an email to the Google Groups.
